Reviews and Ratings
My birthday stay at the hotel was a mix of excitement and disappointment. While the staff was polite and the atmosphere had a classic charm, I was let down by the room's lack of a bay view despite being labeled as such. The amenities were lacking, and dining experiences fell short. For $600 a night, I expected better value for money, especially with construction ongoing around the premises.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the building is grand and has a fitness center, we were turned off by a musty smell that seemed to permeate everywhere, including our room. The amenities are decent, but the noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for the experience, especially given the smell issues.
I had two very different experiences at the Claremont. On one hand, the stunning views and fantastic dining left a lasting impression. On the other, I encountered significant issues with the room’s cleanliness and the service felt inconsistent. Overall, while the location and some amenities are top-notch, improvements are needed in the accommodations and guest experience.
The hotel boasts a lovely ambiance with beautiful views of the Bay, but be prepared for some noise depending on your room location. While the overall service was commendable, the additional fees and issues with room layout could detract from your stay. Definitely a nice spot for leisure but perhaps not ideal for short business stays due to the unexpected costs.
I have a lot of fond memories associated with this hotel, especially since it's where I celebrated important moments in my life. However, I noticed that there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed, which is concerning given the premium price. The noise levels from events were a bit disruptive, but I still cherish my experience overall.
